Meeting Information

  • The Bishop Hill Fiber Guild meets on the second Saturday of each month. Meetings are held at the West Jersey Methodist Church located in west central Illinois on IL. Rt. 78. West Jersey is 15.7 miles south of Kewanee and 11.7 miles north of Exit 71 of I 74.

  • The doors open at 10:00 AM

  • The Business meeting will begin at 11:00 AM

  • Bring any items you have made or are working on for the Show and Tell following the Business meeting.

  • The Program will start after lunch at about 1:00 PM

  • Plan to stay after the program and visit, knit, spin, whatever.

Each month a member will present a fiber arts related informational program. Most of the programs are hands on to learn new skills or practice the ones you already have.

Each month there are different member's who are the Hostesses. They will bring goodies for all to snack on. We do try to take all the calories out of the goodies.

There are no restaurants in the area so bring a sack lunch. There is a refrigerator and microwave available for use. The Guild supplies coffee and a variety of hot teas for your sampling pleasures
